@Samurai_Crow

Are you still working on this? If so, just wanted to say that I am still interested. I am currently using biblegateway ony my x5000, but would like some good bible software like I have on my PC or available on my Mac.

@Livebyfaith

Neither RapaGUI nor MUI Royale can handle this yet. I was planning to write it in Hollywood 9.1 but presently have no plans on updating to Hollywood 10 until MUI Royale 2.0 comes out. Even then it would need to be able to create text links inline to even be practical.

@Samurai_Crow

you can get it in PDF format, is there need for special viewer?

Maybe virtual reality document viewer? Apple has big planes I’m told by advisement.

@NutsAboutAmiga

Using a $3500 unreleased device is not practical for most people to read this. More budget friendly ways to read it.

@NutsAboutAmiga

The specific searching, indexing and cross-referencing needed by a Bible study app use a compressed XML format called eSword. Most of the documents in that format are available from the American Bible Society's download page and others.

@Samurai_Crow

Just noticed the initial post was verging on 4 years ago and you're still doing your typical "this doesn't support xr31turbonutterbastard standards so I was thinking instead to excalibate the perignals of swify diddle" nonsense and not written a single line of code.

Shock horror.

Seriously, why even pose the question?
You know you'll never do it.
You have a literal decades long history of trying to talk over laymen in an attempt to sound clever, but you've never *once*, not *once* released so much a "Hello World" compile.

The chance of you ever releasing anything is in the ballpark of Belxjander making his "Polymorph" "buy me a Sam and I'll pretend Im working on something" con,... err "project".

@Others

I read a few references to the Coran here. I've not heard of this. I thought it was the bible that Conan used.

@fishy_fis

You haven't looked in my GitHub. I'm trying to offload what few projects i actually did get going to a Hollywood programming group. I'm keeping my Amiga hobby small so I can focus on other stuff now.
