In the spirit of "counting" threads" and "tell the story in 2 words" and others during slow times, we present this offering. Owners/managers/devs/users/fans please take this in the light hearted spirit in which it is offered. Given the choice of expressing anger or humor, this seems a logical way to go.
First: Pasting from where it began, in order to understand the theme. Source
david215: IMO the same thing that's been happening since 1994: bought then sold, bought then sold.
//AOS Operation Algorithm Repeat{
New_Owner = Buy_AOS_Assets();
While ( Current_AOS_Owner != Bankrupt ){ Make_Promises = true; Write_Code = true; Deliver_Product = isCompletionProbability(); }
Sell_Assets = true;
} until ( isPotentialCustomers() == false);
return 0;
And the comments before being moved here:
kolla: They should streamline the process, so it doesn't take so long each time.
number6: That's why we constantly have the "port to new powerful h/w" threads, to run this code faster.
OlafS25: alternative we could implement a simple SMP for it ;)
kolla: I thought it was for faste reboots. After all, that is what Amiga users care most about, how fast their systems can reboot. Because that is what Amiga systems do most of the time, reboot :)

The code is missing crucial elements.
Angel Investors - those who throw money at the cause, but lack the power and/or the will to do much about anything.
Assemble legal team (this should obviously be step 1)

My implementation: while (1) { sleep(UINT_MAX); file_for_bankruptcy(); } It looks like I glossed over a lot of detail, but the results are the same.
