So... am I the only one considering sticking an A600GS into a Checkmate case?

I have a Checkmate A1500 Plus that I have waffled on what to put in it. I considered a Vampire V4 but it's pricey.... and almost put an AMD motherboard in it, but that feels like sacrilege.

I've got an A600GS on order - so I have ordered a bunch of cable extenders with an aim of putting it in the Checkmate.

Now if only I could figure out how to make the power switch functional with either 110V AC or a USB power cube......

I think the stock A600GS case looks great, but I really want to relive my Amiga 3000 days!

@Dave73

I've been thinking of this too. I've also got the A1500 mini that I originally intended for an OS4 build, but the motherboards where ridiculously expensive so the A600gs with a cd rom is what I'm eventually going for.

I think Stephen Jones said once his monitor kickstart has been delivered he may release fitting kits for the A600gs.
