Anybody heard from KGrach lately? I've emailed him a couple of times about my A1 but no reply (sorry for the OT).
@RCDid you try calling? They definitely seem to have 'busy spurts' from time to time...give 'em a call.

@RCi hope so! sometimes he travels or works outside his office. It's always possible he's just busy with a sudden amount of business.trust me, he's not a F'up.
