There's a new "Amiga Corp" in town...

...and it's registered to Ryan Czerwinski, of the former Merlancia industries.

Any comments from Amiga Inc? If he's doing this without permission, that's pretty ballsy! If he has permission, well, I'll eat my hat.

Haven't looked at your link but I did read it on the "Bunny" in the Troika thread.

I thought the same thing too.

One wonders what the goal is.

Is he riding the back of Amiga.Inc with a soundalike name and using a valid patent claim hoping to cash in ?

Maybe A.inc gave him the go ahead if he finances the legal suite ?

Whatever .. Shows there's still more twists & turns in the Amiga story !

Woah. If he REALLY IS the new Amiga Corp, this would flag Hyperions "safety net" clause and I believe OS4 becomes theirs, license be damned, Troika is in like Flynn.
