I can top that. I have a webserver with 4Mbit uplink and hundreds of gigabytes of harddrives. Of course, most of the harddrives are FULL, but that's just because I'm too lazy to move things away unless I need the space immediately.

Somebody scanned it from a foreign pamphlet about MCoG. You can see the largest version of it here.

When you upload a picture to Flickr, it automagically stores (or makes available dynamically, I'm not quite sure) multiple versions of your image:

You can have a diddy square 75x75 image:


Or a 67x100 thumbnail:


Or a small version @ 160x240:


Or (and I won't post the images here!) you can have medium (500x333), large (1024x682) or original (2160x1440) - or whatever size it was from your scanner or camera...

It's all dead easy, too! The code for each of the images and the links is generated and prepared automatically by Flickr itself - you just have to copy and paste...

Thanks man. BTW some people I know had to swim out of their houses and they developed a very bad and painful skin rash. Makes you wonder what's being dumped in the canals.

Sorry to see all the damage. I realise thousands of others suffered as badly, if not worse, but yours are the first pictures I've seen. I wondered why the corrosion was so bad until I realised that it was mostly sea water, wasn't it?

Hey, thanks man. Yeah, it was a lot of contaminated sea water rife with solvents, sewage, and industrial waste. Really bad stuff.
