Seriously, from your own arguments here; you condemn them if they say something (broken "promises", remember?) and you condemn them if they don't (anything is better than silence, right?). Whatever they do, it won't please you for as long as they don't actually deliver, right? So, if they can't deliver right now, the better option seems to be to not say anything at all since even if it doesn't please you, atleast it doesn't hurt their credibility like broken promises do, wouldn't you agree?

Now you're grasping after straws. They did say something, I don't condemn them for that. As we all know by now it didn't happen the way they wanted it, and they went silent, that's what I condemn them for. If they'd said nothing at all in the first place I guess everyone would still be looking to Alan Redhouse for more A1's.

So, you see, they chose to say something, and they weren't able to deliver. Then after that they went silent. Not very good business practice, if you ask me.

It would please me if they came forward, saying something about the delay, maybe even blaming the fact that they've had to change the sound system chosen for the board. At least it would be more credible than silence.

Condemn might be a too powerful word to use even, it's more a disappointment with how they handle their comunication with the people wanting the board.

I think we should keep our eyes on the prize. Until something is shipping and we can buy it why bother with all this? All this vapid talk does is bring out the ugly side of the INTJ personalities around here.

And like Rogue said, Hyperion didn't invest that much time and effort into OS4 to simply thow it in a dust bin and give up when things got tough.
