I have about 200 more non-working programs from AMINET that I haven't bothered adding to the list...I'll send it to you when I get home. I stopped adding the non-working updates to my ongoing list because more people seem interested in what works instead of what does not.

I think you're going about it the right way.
Otherwise you might post a program isn't working while someone else has it working. Those issues can be solved between the two people claiming different results trying to use that program, rather than involving the JIT author's time.
I think multiple confirmations are required re:non-working programs, just to be sure.

| Note - in this recent update I added powerpc.library to my libs: dir to get some programs working. Does anyone know if this has any adverse effects with OS4 final?

Yep. And as ssolie stated (paraphrased): You won't get any support concerning WOS since powerpc.library is NOT included with final.
It's development future has yet to be determined.
