I want to start a "Throw-Amiga-Inc-Out-Of-The-Amiga-Industry-Campaign", cause i am very disappointed of how Amiga Inc has handled stuffs the last 8 years, Removed part, namecalling

I feel that Amiga Inc has treatened Hyperion Entertainment, which is probably the most serious company that has actually done something great for the Amiga community, like junks, and i do NOT approve on the way Amiga Inc has done things...

It's time to show Amiga Inc that they are unwanted into the whole Amiga community and industry. We want Amiga Inc to sign themselves DEAD, by simply hand over all the rights to Hyperion Entertainment Group. That is the only solution i see it..

I'm pretty much sick and tired of Amiga Inc. If i happen to meet Bill McEwen and Co one day, i will tell them what i feel and think, Last part removed/tomazkid

Flame/Attacks: Do not flame! Flaming refers to derogatory, abusive, threatening, sarcastic, rude, or otherwise mean-spirited messages directed at members/users.

@Helge
Of course most of us want that, but i dont think there is anything we can do other than spreading the truth.
If you want to hurt Amiga INC, then you should notify their investors and partners.

No, a good place to start is in your mind, never mention AInc in any way ever again. Companies that don't exist, don't have names.

Kinda hard when this said company is sabotaging every attempt at developing this said OS and even threatening to sue people in our very own community.

They'll know in a week or two when Amiga Inc fail to pay the City of Kent $2.5 million.

Sorry, I mean "if". *If* they fail to pay Kent. They haven't yet pulled out blaming legal action.

I think diplomacy between the Amiga community and all parties involved like Amiga Inc., Hyperion, Genesi and etc... should be established first. I would rather see an open dialogue or round table event before resorting to a more negative approach. Let's push for that instead.

Very bad indeed but,
I have never bought "anything from Amiga" Read: AmigaAnywhere,DE,PocketPC-games or whatever they are selling after the coupong. Well the T-Shirt is as a table cloth behind me but hope You get my point now. I just couldn't buy a MS thingie or really anything else from Amiga. This is why they might suffer, abandoning the only loyal ££$$¤¤ users left and the money from the coupongs...
Where is it? I could only guess,
bought still stuff from Eyetech and Hyperion at the times there were some and would do that in the future only if possible if the main compy doesn't really show some $$$ marketing and $$$ care for the customers after their kick$$$ hw&os would come in less than the couple of months which all doubt.

Shivers...
Must go away now hhhrrrrrh. Bye.

I prefer to call A---- I-- its real name....KMOS.

It's either that or calling it 'You Know What'?
Yes, I've gone Potty.

Once they have been defeated and gone under, like NAZI Germany, it would be great if we could somehow rally the community to buy the company FOR the community. Investing in a new Amiga Inc company could allow you to use the name for certain purposes agreed to or voted by the community who have invested, provided they forward the Amiga platform. There would be an explosion of products and exposure. Investment should be limited to individuals and not companies, to ensure the Amiga never falls into such a quagmire again.

Oblig..... FUBM!!!

Ok. Going back to my happy place now.

@Helge

Although I am not enthused by the current ownership of Amiga, I do not suspect an ownership change would be much better. Look at Amiga's history. When Commodore owned Amiga, the community thought Amiga would be in better hands with someone else. When Amiga was bought by Escom, the Amiga community was happy for a short while. Before Escom went bankrupt, the community was starting to complain about a lack of innovation (Walker was still a 68020 in a 90+mhz computing-world). The same happened with Gateway. Initially, the community was excited; however, after a long time of nothing, the community longed for a new owner. The new owner Amiga got was McEwen & Fleecy. May I remind everyone that we were initially somewhat happy about the change from Gateway even if it meant less funding for the Amiga.

I would rather the leadership within the current parent company change than let Amiga go through yet another set of hands (mind you, this is not a slam against Hyperion, which is the only company doing something for the Amiga. I just do not think the owners of Amiga should be a games porting company).
