Easy, AInc realized that they're tip calculator and other completely useless software they've done so far, isn't gonna serve them as they wanted in the court case, to pretend they're active, so they decided to actually do something...
What they can't erase is their constant lies and acttions that up to now have only killed / parasited the platform.

Well, I'm happy to say Jamie responded rather quickly, am quoting in near entirety below (as I believe he intended).

So, no direct answer (but he did mention NDA), but perhaps we will yet see AVD completed, or hopefully, Jamie logging in as well at some point in the future. I did direct him to ACube for a possible XE CPU fix, or if anyone has a 'spare' he might be interested..anyone?

This would absolutely be true.
However AmigaInc is not a single entity,
and they obviously do not respect the roadmap they
have made themselves.

For me Hyperion develop AmigaOS,
whole AmigaInc spoils the name,
and who develops is who matters.
He makes Amiga alive.

Only way to make me thing otherwise is
that AmigaInc delivers AmigaOS 4.x software
also or enables some conmapnies to dos,
as well as they PROMISED long time ago PPC hardware
and even price and hardware range.

Find me any news of AMigaOS while there is planty
at community sites. AmigaInc speaks only
of its as someting abandoned and licence terminated.

Shame on them.
