Six years later, the building is still there.

There are new "No Trespassing" signs.
The vines are climbing up the building.
From the outside, the walls were wet in spots which means there is water damage.
There is graffiti on the GMT Electronics sign.
Some of the windows in the front of the building are boarded up.
There is a sign directing people to call the township because they plan to subdivide.
I am guessing the previous plans fell through and it could be the cost is too great so I'm guessing rather than pay the taxes and costs of cleanup, they probably gave the building to the township.
