The first time I looked at this, it was indeed a news item on the front page. Above the CaveStory news item. When I came out of it and refreshed the page, it was gone.

Ah! right. Simply a matter of TOS.

If you consider it newsworthy then submit it as a news item. Our moderation team will either publish it or not depending on their judgement as to its newsworthiness and let you know why they did not publish you if they decide against it. If you are directed that an item is not newsworthy, you will be instructed to either place it on the forums or in the classifieds advertisments.

Tomazkid redirected the only "newsworthy" part, the link, to this thread.

If it had been an announcement by Acube, they would have been informed and could have re-submitted with more information. In the last several cases of Acube news, this has come from users, not Acube, so...this was not done.

You DO know that, thanks to internet filtering, CIA has now your words in their records, so better expect some men in black knocking on your front door sooner than later... ;¬)

@tomazkid

I can't believe that the release of the Price alone wouldn't make this suitable as a news item.

@Stephen_Robinson

I believe its because neither ACube or Hyperion have commented on it so far. Sure its on ACube's web site, but 1 of the 2 should be the ones releasing the news to make it "official". Not someone saying "hey, look what I found", so to speak.
