Aren't Amiga mascots supposed to be cartoon animals with
human female reproductive equipment and outsize mammary glands?

@DaveP:

Stop it, you're making me horny.

Uhm, did I say that out loud?

@olegil

I see that you are a A1 Moderator, does that mean that your A1 is talking dirty, and quite often at that ?

@Step:

Well, I named her "Naru Narusegawa" because I just couldn't understand her 99% of the time. Suddenly she's all friendly, then it's just no, no, no all the way.

Naru talking dirty would be a lot better than me cursing and hitting my head in the desk, but unfortunately the latter is the case most of the time. Remarkably stable now, but I suspect I'm the only one who has THIS much hardware problems.

Of course, they don't make em like her anymore. New revision of northbridge, new version of southbridge, new version of CPU. Oddly enough, I seem quite attached, though.

That could be a great slogan: "Sending geeks everywhere blind since 1985!"

Ahem

PS: I rather like Eric Schwartz's drawings and think they'd make great mascots

I don't think the box will go 'straight' to the bin.

Hi x56h34,

Any chance at all that the box top is available again?

We'll need it "real soon now".

Makes a great wallpaper, anyway.

For those that truly do not know... Richard Simmons used to be fat to the point he had to have the extra skin surgically cut away when he lost weight. Now he is the idol of fat people everywhere who want to lose weight. He is also always in a good cheerfull mood to point of being irritating.

Correction, he is the idol of fat people all over America, and maybe Canada. I would think he's not known in europe very much. The only way i knew who he was, was by watching late night Amercian talk shows such as conan, jay or dave.

Can't miss Simmons when he appears on Letterman. Letterman will find a way to humiliate him.

Best one was the time Letterman hosed him down with a fire extinguisher. On his next appearance he whined about being in the hospital for a week after that.

Wait...he's been on the show since the fire extinguisher incident?!????

Whine or no whine, one thing you don't do is touch Dave's neck -- he's seriously paranoid about that because he had a serious injury there once...

BTW -- regarding the whole Art Garfunkel / Larry Fine thing...a standup comic some years ago once said that if you have Sinead O'Connor join Simon and Garfunkel, you got yourself a Three Stooges reunion.

BTW2 -- the picture of the, uhhh......box....was taken down by the time I got to this thread. Did anybody manage to save it and can PM / e-mail it to me??

@terminator

It does say something that he actually came BACK after that, doesn't it? I mean, seriously. Take a hint!

No such thing as "too much free time" IMO!

Btw, I can't see the images, I just get the little red X. Can anyone link to the pics, however old they are?
