| If you don't know history, just invent your own! Not many people will know that this is not true. And if you watch that homepage: http://www.teleseum.org/welcome.php not many of you will know that it is pure imagination and all that "historic" TVs there are mockups mady by an artist. (Just as an example). It becomes criminal, if magazines and newspapers believe everything without any research. Then you are abusing the freedom of speech as an instrument to manipulate the masses for your own commercial purposes.
I don't find it any more, a German magazine wrote some time ago, that Microsoft invented the first web-browser in 1995, and made the WWW possible...

Not an Amiga father... Just an 'x' Commodore man.
[ from the history video ]
In the early days the team worked out of the 30 x 20 foot ' Software Cave ' up on Scott Avenue creating what was supposed to be called the Joyboard.
Among the crew was R J Mical, Sam Dicker, Carl Sassenrath, Dale Luck, Caryn Mical and Dave Needle.... and Jay.
....
And Atari would never have been good for Amiga. Commodore may not have been brilliant but it kept the likes of Stan Shepard, Bob Burns, Sheryl Knowles and the wonderful Rob Peck together.
.... some nice images

Oddly no search hits for Larry Kaplan on AW, so thought I'd link to the republished interview with Jay Miner that AmigaNews announced for anyone missing this history:
