If it would have support for the old chipset in hardware... OMG! That's been like a wet dream to me for years... combined with modern fast hardware... I can't tell you how much I want that... but even if that won't happen ever it would still be incredibly cool with new modern hardware and UAE does a good job runing old games .

Suppose... just suppose, if this machine is capable of (smoothly) delivering HD films at 1080p to all those LCD panels people have hanging on their walls these days.

And the original conundrum, what is "X" stood for the X in "XBMC" http://xbmc.org/ the open source media playing software.
This combination would need extra storage for all those HD films people download, Hyperions partner, Acube has a NAS (Network Assisted Storage) called Netstore, (if needed) this package could be sold (in a suitable case) as a media centre.

Buyers would also be able to surf the net using Timberwolf and would be introduced to OS4 as an operating system, thereby subtly increasing the userbase without people looking for productivity software and making unfavourable comparisons when they can't open a windows spreadsheet.

Please bear in mind that I'm a complete ignoramus when it comes to technology, so this idea is probably a load of rubbish!

Yeah an updated UAE with the new GUI run on speedy HW would be awesome.

I'm really impatient to see more about that hardware but also interested in whatever is happening on the software (OS development) front. Hype rion keep the puzzle pieces coming, this is fun stuff
