I vote for a new motherboard with the new update of AmigaOS (probably 4.1.1). Maybe and something more, who knows. At least I'm wondering about the specs of this new motherboard.

We have a board, we have the OS with an up and coming update, we have a new browser on the way Timberwolf, I think the next step is an office suite.

Therefore MAP could = Office Suite

It doesn't matter, it looks like they want to offer a complete package which it will be welcomed by many.

I'll still power forward to complete the case I originally designed for the A1200 then developed into the new case for the SAM/Natami,. It has taken me almost four years to reach this stage, prototype should be complete within the next four weeks and it seems a waste not to at least show it to the community.

If there is enough interest it will go into production.

I would have completed it before but unfortunately as it has been for the Minimig and 1541U cases it's only me drawing and hacking away in a garage (cold garage) sob...

I said it in the "what's the X thread" but might as well say it here too...

No one ever thought of that X just is 10 in Roman numerals? And that the X just might symbolize 10, as in 2010, as the year of a new beginning. Remember "Time for a new beginning". Keep it simple. =)

Maybe we'll see AmigaOSX... ;)

the imige of the board says amiga one Powe, a lot has been made of the upper case letter X and a few who know have made something of the lower case letter i.

its been mentioned before but to give it its full name

I'm am just going to through this one to the wind but could MAP mean Mobile Amiga Platform? No reason other than the letters match the first letter for each, I have no other evidence to back that up though.
