Cheers for keeping up on this. It seems that if MS DOS games could be their first release then GOG.com should check any releases made to see if they are identical to their products. :D _________________ AmigaOne X1000, A4000(T), A3000, A2000, A1200(T), A1200, A500, CD32, Minimig+ARM, FPGA Arcade, Chameleon64, C-One, C128, C128D, C64C, C64, VIC-20, CBM 8032, CBM4032, Efika, Ultimate64 |

Just took a look at the bizpedia link again, which as stated prior, took some time to get updated.
http://www.bizapedia.com/wa/AMIGA-GAMES-INC.html
Quote:
Washington Secretary Of State Business Registration · Data Updated April 17, 2014 |
But it still says:
Quote:
Company Contacts WILLIAM WALLACE MCEWEN President |
Yet we know this is not true, according to the Corporations Division of Washington State:
Quote:
Governing Persons President ROBERTS, PATRICK 8200 WILSHIRE BLVD STE 200WRIT BEVERLY HILLS, CA 90211 Vice President, Secretary,Treasurer MITCHELL, ERIC 8200 WILSHIRE BLVD STE200WRIT BEVERLY HILLS, CA 90211 |
Source
So, which is correct/current, Bizpedia or the State Corporations division?

Absolutely no product released by the company, which is a shock to no one on this website, given this is an Amiga Inc. production. heh.
Stock is in freefall.

At least it doesn't have far to fall at that price.
I'm not sure if I'm reading the graph right, but it looks like a lot of buying when on to jack the price up and then it was dumped to take it back to normal and then some more was dumped just before the free-fall started. Nice bit of insider trading? _________________ AmigaOne X1000, A4000(T), A3000, A2000, A1200(T), A1200, A500, CD32, Minimig+ARM, FPGA Arcade, Chameleon64, C-One, C128, C128D, C64C, C64, VIC-20, CBM 8032, CBM4032, Efika, Ultimate64 |

Always a good bet since no "outsider" would invest after reading the freeamiga site and other links they've been offered to help them with their due diligence.

Looks like it closed at a whopping 12c a share. Owch!
Their 5 year stock value chart would make one hell of a roller coaster... or should I say "a slide with a couple of humps". _________________ AmigaOne X1000, A4000(T), A3000, A2000, A1200(T), A1200, A500, CD32, Minimig+ARM, FPGA Arcade, Chameleon64, C-One, C128, C128D, C64C, C64, VIC-20, CBM 8032, CBM4032, Efika, Ultimate64 |

Weird, because end of day after it gets driven down, there are often buys to drive it back up a bit. Not today.

I imagine anything pre the reverse split to exchange worthless values for somewhat less worthless values make the 5 year chart a bit confusing.
Anyway, I'm sure many of them don't care about history or the fact that no products have been released for purchase. If they make money on the failed PR announcements, they're probably content.

Someone bought 200 shares today and the price jumped 25% (up 3 cents).
With that sort of volatility you could make some serious cash... assuming you had people you could sell your shares to when the price goes up. With the sort of volumes we're looking at you would be better off playing a slot machine. _________________ AmigaOne X1000, A4000(T), A3000, A2000, A1200(T), A1200, A500, CD32, Minimig+ARM, FPGA Arcade, Chameleon64, C-One, C128, C128D, C64C, C64, VIC-20, CBM 8032, CBM4032, Efika, Ultimate64 |

| Interesting stuff on the WRIT investors blog today.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Writ-Media-Group-Inc-WRIT-17324/
"Gregg" announces that some world famous investor has bought a massive chunk of WRIT ("an amount equal to 37.2% of the issued and outstanding common shares of WRIT" according to the press release).
Shares immediately jump a whopping 3 cents per share (which is a fairly large percentage!)
He then goes on to make post after post about how "today is the day of reckoning", everything is going to be wonderful and with the added posts from "Likegold", tells everyone to buy, buy, buy!
Shares then drop back 2 cents (which is a fairly large percentage!).
I'd like to think that if I owned shares in this company that I'd want the company "spokesman" (Gregg) and the lead cheerleader (Likegold... who is probably also part of the scheme) to announce PRODUCTS and PLANS, not jump for joy that someone bought a bunch of 8 cent shares.
This makes me want to float my own company on the stock market. I could make a fortune! _________________ AmigaOne X1000, A4000(T), A3000, A2000, A1200(T), A1200, A500, CD32, Minimig+ARM, FPGA Arcade, Chameleon64, C-One, C128, C128D, C64C, C64, VIC-20, CBM 8032, CBM4032, Efika, Ultimate64 |

A quick search online and he seems to throw money into lots of small businesses. | Well the shares have sunk to a low of 7 cents and Gregg and Likegold are having a mini-meltdown in the thread. If Gregg is the company spokesman then he must have gone to the same PR school that C-USA attended.

Saying "lol" over and over to investors to demean their knowledge is no longer considered good PR form? heh.
Once you understand and accept that this was a creation of the Amiga Inc. filing cabinet, it's SO easy to predict the results day by day.
Again, if you make money from the failed PR you are probably content. But if you are in the least concerned about not one product being released and how that applies to a "company" actually being a "business", then most likely you are not quite as content.

Apparently the post from someone saying he had the facts and could prove conflict of interest has been deleted. Go figure.

| LOL. I think someone should moderate Gregg
6 cents now! Will there be anything left at the end of the week? Time for another reverse split. Last edited by Darrin on 06-Jun-2014 at 03:38 PM.

Another press release:
Tommo Inc.
Quote:
The license agreement will re-launch dozens of Tommo's gaming titles |
You have to love the fans of this claiming the product release delays are due to the time it takes to create a computer game...
Erm...there is no creation going on. And there still are zero available products...unless you count press releases.
