New record low achieved today. Less than 1/2 of your 5 10ths of a cent now.

Oops. It found a way to limbo a bit lower:

So after dropping in 1/2, it dropped in 1/2 yet again.

@CritAnime

According to my source, email server is down as well.

Googling this term produces mixed results, but generally expresses an issue as regards payment.

*shrug*

At least Hyperion renewed Hyperion-Entertainment.biz after a month passed.

From the page prior:

Quote:
It's unfortunate you didn't understand this all the times you've posted Amiga Inc news here, especially negative Amiga Inc news, as it sounded like you were portraying the two businesses as fundamentally connected, as if somehow bad things happening to Amiga Inc meant those bad things effected WRIT and Amiga Games Inc.

We can chalk it all up to coincidence then, but both the Amiga side and the WRIT side (amigagamesinc/retroinfinity) are having hosting issues atm, so one could argue the businesses ARE connected in "some" way today.

You guys forget to pay the hosting company again? Went to all the sites and getting a host gator standard parking page.

No , they went down for 4 days and now here they are ready to
buy Amiga back lol.

HARDCORE SPECULATION MODE ENGAGED : Site features renderings
not actual product so you can't sue them for drawing a picture , can't
you ?

Name of the company is more worrying it's Commodore Business
Machines LTD. so I guess this won't end without legal bullying at atleast.

Amiga.com is back and I suspect so is their mail server.

However, the links in this post are still problematic:

@blizz1220

Somewhat different today which might indicate NOT a hosting issue this time.

Just for those who haven't been following, Front Row Networks (along with the Amiga Inc. shell companies) is all part of WRIT (WRIT Media Group, formerly Writer's Group Film Corp).

FrontRowNetworks deactivated

Perhaps we should watch all the related WRIT sites for a while in case other changes are forthcoming.

They are going to be releasing a C=64 inspired phone.

One day people will learn to say "an announcement was made that..." instead of "they are"...

Form 8-K on 29-Jun-2015

Another reverse split.

For the layman this means once again the stock has become so utterly worthless that you exchange a boatload of old shares for 1 share at the new value higher value.
This is done to confuse people and make them think the value has gone up and they better "get on board!" fast. (evil grin)

In other WRIT (poor WRIT) news, their 3d concert branch (FrontRowNetworks) is still dead.
http://frnetworks.com/accountDeactivated

Oops. Forgot to mention they are expanding again!

Looks like it could be a chinese phone called the Waphone. Specs look pretty good. Though the main thing that is throwing me is the 3GB RAM. Otherwise the pics of the "pet" and the waphone look identical.

Also judging by this post Amibyte are jumping back on the commodore band wagon. Like they did with CUSA.

@CritAnime

This is one Amiga 30th celebration article that I can not in good conscience list on the AW front page:

http://thenextweb.com/shareables/2015/07/23/for-the-masses-not-the-classes/

The mere notion of promoting "brand lives on" in conjunction with WRIT and all the information illustrated in this very thread is just so wrong on so many levels...

Perhaps this belongs somewhere else, but until an AW policy decision is specifically made to change where certain subjects should go, it goes here:

Please refer to the background first as posted:

Here

Although there was some debate as to the accuracy of Patrick Robert's statements concerning AGI and Bill's position or lack thereof in August, 2013:

We now have a new linkedin entry for Bill McEwen coincidentally mentioning the following new position held since September, 2013, but not seen before.

Bill McEwen - Director of Business Development at The Music Channel

I understand this to be the direct link for linkedin members:

https://www.linkedin.com/pub/bill-mcewen/0/700/989

Clarification/corrections welcome.

Interesting article about the Security and Exchange Commission suing a fellow who is involved with WRIT.

Source

Quote:
The use of Chinese nationals as nominee shareholders is not a new tactic. Recently, recidivist penny stock scam artist Phillip Kueber was sued by the SEC for his involvement in the Cynk Technology Corp (CYNK) Pump & Dump scheme. In the complaint, the SEC accuses Kueber of using Chinese nationals as nominee shareholders to mask the fact that it was Kueber himself who would benefit from the sale of the shares.

Quote:
Kueber has connections to several Pump & Dump schemes promoted by Awesome Penny Stocks among them Writers' Group Film Corp., now known as WRIT Media Group (WRIT)

original SEC report that was mentioned

Story continues this month

There is a much-discussed notion of a "race to the bottom" in corporate law

- so true.

The last time "Philip Kueber"s name came up over at Investor's Hub:

Which was promptly shouted down as trolling by WRIT's paid shills.

What sayeth you now paid shills?

In reference to what I mentioned in posts #297-#299:

Canadian suspect in Cynk stock fraud surrenders to U.S.

Just a reminder as to the connection:

Phil Kueber was involved with WRIT and his activities were well publicized prior to Amiga Inc. going into business with WRIT.

See above links on that public knowledge. And:

the first hand account of Amiga Inc.'s involvement

Interesting to note Reed Smith claims 40 lawyers involved in settling the Pentti Kouri estate. The question has been raised before...how are they at "due diligence?"
