yes. they did, so far i know, same people involved. but, as i say, maybe not towards a common goal, but to the common source base (which remains oen).

In the mean time I've upgraded my build scripts and am able to build ARIX (not that there's very much ready yet) for x86_64, arm, aarch64 and ppc64el targets. All of them were successfully tested with qemu (linux kernel images are in the repository too)
