The Github page has a section titled "FPGA Implementation Notes," so I guess that's at least possible. I have no idea how difficult it would be to port OS4 to the A20, although it's probably less work than moving to ARM.

For WHDload games, running built-in UAE on AmigaOS 4.1 FE would be competing against WinUAE on Windows 10 based PC!

Vampire V4's price tag is EURO 579. Price a new Power64 solution for about EURO 579.

If you want to argue against my point then find, for example, an FPGA board for £1400 or under that matches or outperforms the Cyrus Plus with it's 2GHz E5500 cores. Any other argument is not relevant to the context of the statement I made in the above post.

My Ryzen 9 3900X blows that solution away. Again, running any UAE on Power64 attracts WinUAE/Amiga Forever PC competition.

Your making no sense at all, you don’t know anything about AmigaOS4.x, you think you know, but you don’t, first all you don’t buy it to run EUAE, EAUE is tool that can use on Linux or MacOSX, or what ever if free open source and is based on same source code that WinUAE and other UAE’s are based on, the thing you must understand is that UAE is not the sales argument.

Your argument some how competes with Amiga Forever and Cloanto, is false, because Cloanto main comparator is WinUAE, the open source version of Amiga Forever.

That is probably favorable but hints at the processing potential of the FPGA. The FPGA would likely be more competitive with simple parallel processing like a GPU. Expensive FPGAs are needed to outperform NXP PPC cores but the price of FPGAs are constantly dropping (allowing to use bigger and faster FPGAs) while the EOL NXP PPC chips are more likely to increase in price. The 68k Apollo Core performance is gaining on PPC cores for the same reason.

The last of the PPC projects will likely be forgotten in a few years whether or not they are successful. Nothing new, move on. The Libre project is trying to create something different and difficult where there is demand for embedded use. They are doing R&D into hybrid CPU+GPU cores using vector processing. This has advantages especially for a cache coherent small embedded CPU+GPU SoC which current hardware has trouble scaling down to. It is probably not what you want being the last of a few hundred PPC diehard users desiring desktop hardware and performance which has practically no chance of making a difference for technology or proliferation.
