I know Kalamatee is AROS system developer but did not know he was back doing stuff even if I seen him more active now in aros-exec threads.
What I know is that the AROS system development commits and progress been real slow for some time now and without Neil almost nothing to report.

Week of April 9th:

- The HD Audio driver now ensures all amplifiers are unmuted. This allows the Analog Devices AD1984A codec to work (neil)

worth to mention that kalamatee just commited a huge pile of c++ 99 math support wip. thanks to this new versions of icu and odyssey already compile without workarounds for missing functions in std namespace at least for x86 and ppc (untested).

- Major update to C library maths functions: ported missing high precision floating-point and complex number functions from OpenLibm (based upon FreeBSD/OpenBSD) (NicJA)
- Updated other C library maths functions to current FreeBSD code to address compiler optimization issues (NicJA)
- Added FPU-optimised versions of C library maths functions for 32-bit and 64-bit x86 architectures (NicJA)
- New utility to allow dual analogue control gamepads to be used on Linux-hosted AROS, e.g. to play Tower57 (stegerg)
- HD Audio improvements: added device-specific settings for Analog Devices AD1981HD and AD1884 codecs (neil)
- Linux-hosted USB stability/efficiency improvements (dizzyofcrn)

- Fixed a bogus out-of-memory error shown by the Find program when scanning empty files (neil)
- The start and stop buttons in Find are now enabled and disabled dynamically, to help indicate whether a search is in progress (neil)
- Made InfPlane demo compile and run on all architectures (NicJA)
- Fix to exception flag handling in m68k C library maths (NicJA)
