Hi All,

AmiWest 2015 is fast approaching and I'm planning on broadcasting the show again. I've got a busy personal schedule this year so I'll be setting up a camera and streaming via a PC, no Toaster.

The streaming service will be YouTube, like we did at the Amiga 30th. I'd love to hear how it worked and if anyone got it working with the Amiga (I've heard rumors it did).

I've setup an event for AmiWest 2015 here.

You can also find us on the AmigaWorld IRC server on #amiwest.

Thanks all!

@All

Stream has started!

You can view the stream here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=90tkbUvGgVM

On the Amiga you can use mplayer! To make it work for OS4 setup this script to help: http://os4depot.net/share/video/misc/yt.lha

If someone has the MorphOS details please post!

Enjoy!

I have to say, really good presentation by Dan. A natural speaker.

Take 2 looks impressive, more so, considering the age of the software.

@Severin

Thank you but even with all APPDIR: programs working, no way to play this stream under YT.rexx.

How do you do ?

@zzd10h

Maybe you have an old YT, check your email...

Edit: it's offline atm so you won't see much if you do get it working.

@Severin

It works now, I had an old version of ffplay.
Updated with the latest OS4Depot version and it works now.

Approximately.

I'm sure someone will post when it begins. Or check the irc channel.
