It's probably just a domain name transfer -- amiga.com is more desirable than friendup.*
I don't expect that whatever has become of Amiga Inc. is going to come up out of the grave.

I also guess it the ppl from friendOS, maybe they will even try to change name from friendos to Amiga. Who knows and who cares... _________________

It could be that as well. The domain name registration is private, so I couldn't find any info, although I must admit that I didn't try very hard.
