Its an old Freescale reference design for the MPC8245 cpu (which has an MPC603e core).

Its slow, similar to an Efika.

Also, it probably isn't available anymore.
There are reference design boards available for e5500 and e6500 cored cpus.

It's an old motherboard. The IDE bus is a dead giveaway...
