Mace Demo (Working with Patchcompositetags) From aminet (Does have a few little glitches but is playable I only tried the demo version full game might play better)
Uhexen (Works -mode 1024 768 runs smooth) (How can I make this setting all the time without needing to type it in the command window) (Made little script to set screen size and run the game works ok)
Symphony (works but extremely slow not playable)
Heros of roswel (works but very basic)
Quake 1 playable at 800 x 600 using i3 CPU
PangOS4 (works PS close window to skip intro)
OpenTyrian (All work 2x is biggest screen size I can get) (any way of getting full screen not window ?)

Thats quite an interesting and useful list, hopefully it will inspire others to buy a copy of Amiga OS4.1 Classic to try these out. Obviously there is a lot more to play with on OS4 dedicated hardware, but its about getting the rest of the world to know that we Amigans still play games on our machines too and there are some OS4 versions out there!
Nice list will have to try a few of them out. Might buy mace now it's a nice game. So yes the more people we can get to try os4 the more chance they might buy more software.

The point of ports is to be able to run a game (or application) that is currently missing on a targeted platform and cannot be run or found otherwise. The list posted above are ports which are performing endlessly better on the host (windows) platform. Why would anyone wanted to buy any OS and operate it via emulation to launch other .. emulators (such as psx, dosbox etc) sounds strange to me.
It would make far more sense to post a games list that are uniquely available on AOS (from old PPC to NG games).

The point is to try before investing in expensive hardware like the x5000 or not so expensive A1222 when released. Also Nemac and Napalm are original Amiga games.

@g01df1sh Yes all the 2D games (or apps) that use Composition will use PatchCompositeTags
Just beware about options Q q = both options treat 2 triangles as a quad (a tile in a 2D game) but do it differently so if "pat Qf" option dont works use "pat qf"
The most compatible option is simply "pat" but is the slower

The list is quite useful actually even if these games won’t run as quick on dedicated NG hardware or on other platforms.
You know one of the biggest questions I get asked doing my blog is what software can run on OS4 or to list reasons to buy one.
I also get questions to things I post on Facebook forums along the lines of what spec do I need to run this particular game so this I’m afraid is very useful for newbies or people who disappeared for a while (myself included) and are now coming back to the scene.
The funny thing is that the more people show what can be done with OS4 the more people take an interest, the stats from my own blog make for quite interesting analysis.
And some of the people using os4 classic under emulation will one day buy a dedicated NG machine be it a 2nd hand Sam460 which I sold quite easily and there were a few takers for it. They may also decide to wait for a new A1222 to appear or like me upgrade to an X5000.
Positive advocacy will bring people to our platform not tired remarks and arguments 😉
