@Templario

I wish I could answer that.
It does appear to be in English.
Did you down load the table of contents?

@Templario

If you have an original Blitz Basic 2 boxed edition, the manual which came with it was very well written with good examples of how to do a lot of things.

I am unfortunately not familiar with the book you have linked to though.

There was a lot of source code available for Blitz Basic 2 back in the day, but the biggest issue you may find is that like AMOS before it, it had the ability to be enhanced by additional libraries (userlibs/deflibs). If these are not present then some example code may not work at all, and as with AMOS, if two libraries used the same tokenised keywords, you would run into issues there.

Converting code from AMOS to Blitz was fairly straight forward on the whole if you have a working knowledge of AMOS at all.

@_Steve_

Can't agree with much of that sorry.

The original Blitz Basic 2 manuals are terrible. Heck of a lot of info in them, but you need to get your head around how blitz works before you can make much sense of them. Not just that, but there's quite a few typos in them, which makes some of the examples not work unless you bug fix them yourself (which is difficult when the examples are how you're supposed to learn in the 1st place).

As for the original post,... it's not one of those "books" people have been putting together of recycled internet info is it?
They're turning up left, right and centre lately.
