Hi,
Just looked at registering DVPlayer when I noticed it was acquired by A-eon in 2015.
Is it available for purchase through them?
Regards

@Kotler

Afaik it's not available anymore.
they were working on an updated version with support for RadenHD2 driver features and probably it's not ready for release or they don't care anymore since the release of Emotion.

Go for Emotion instead.

@Kotler

I thought it would have been folded into Enhancer but it looks not. Not on the AmiStore? Perhaps it was bought up Microsoft style.

AmiStore is kind of annoying. You can't see what it has on the internet and with what you can see it has links broken. So you must have an OS4 machine to load up up this propriety software that always needs to download stuff and check what is on there in this quirky interface with small windows. Argh! Sure it's specific to OS4 but I'm not on an OS4 computer browsing all the time.

@Thread

DvPlayer will never be released, as other softwares on AmiStore. The latest version doesn't work correctly (since AmigaOS 4.1 FE) on Radeon 92xxx (overlay trouble and lots of tearing) and has no support for Radeon HD features.

Many programs are still (and have been since many years, some from the launch of AmiStore) in TBA state.

I would go for Emotion or MPlayer (not the one on AmiStore since it is a free software available on OS4Depot) instead.
