How about an os that supplies working drivers? Oh wait, almost all operating systems do! Even in our little niche amiga ng world. Mind you, just pointing out the madness. I'm sure it's totally worth it. _________________ x86/MorphOS 4.0

Don't throw stones . Someone may take the Radeon SI card out of their X5000 and throw back at you. Cards like Radeon R9-270x's are quite heavy too and useless with the Blue.
But yes it is worth it. I have tested about 7 new SI/Polaris card with my machine. The Polaris card support is currently unique in the Powerpc arena to AmigaOS 4.1 .

Don't throw..I have no clue what you're throwing. I guess I'm glad it's worth it to you. I did point out the madness right? _________________ x86/MorphOS 4.0

I tested M.A.C.E with my R7 250 on my X1000. It works as expected. Though I don't know what rendering system it uses and it is 2d. |

It uses compositing. So only Radeon HD/RX driver needed. _________________ PowerMac G5 2,7Ghz - 2GB - Radeon 9650 - MorphOS 3.14 AmigaONE X1000, 2GB, Sapphire Radeon HD 7700 FPGA Replay + DB 68060 at 85Mhz |

It doesn't even need Radeon HD. I've been playing M.A.C.E. on my Sam440 just fine using a non-HD Radeon.

I meant for those using Radeond HD/RX. Of course it works on Sam440 or any Radeon 9xxx. It even works on WinUAE with PatchCompositing form Alain Thellier. _________________ PowerMac G5 2,7Ghz - 2GB - Radeon 9650 - MorphOS 3.14 AmigaONE X1000, 2GB, Sapphire Radeon HD 7700 FPGA Replay + DB 68060 at 85Mhz |

M.A.C.E. uses "Compositing" (2D Acceleration). No Warp3D or Warp3D Nova needed. It should run on all cards starting 92xxx Radeons (more gfx memory and CPU Speed = higher resolutions, more details).
