@QBit

I'm pretty sure that Jesus will return before we need to sacrifice our great great grandchildren by sending them to die on Mars I guess once the 'enlightened ones' swallow the 'old universe' myth we start to think we are small insignificant amoebas that have to escape the only habitable planet that exists in the known universe rather than act rationally!

To summarise; we are already in posession of this ideal homeworld called Earth that also happens to be designed for our specific requirements. However, instead of being good stewards here a rabid few waste oxygen and money plotting to launch naive troubled souls into the unforgiving freezing lifeless emptiness of space in order to supposedly allow humanity to survive into some bleak grim-dark Warhammer 40K style timeline And people say I have faith

We could go to another solar system, but to survive this universe going away in billions years we would have to go to another universe.

First step, obtain unobtanium.

Or wait for a scientific breakthrough.

@BigD
In order to qualify as a fulfilled prophecy a statement has to meet the following conditions.
1. It must not be so vague as to be meaningless
2. It must be sufficiently specific as a prediction as to be identifiable as such.
3. It must be fulfilled within a specified time period.
4. There must be evidence that the prediction is fully fulfilled.
5. The prediction must be made and recorded *before* it is fulfilled, not after.
6. The prediction must not be a statement of the blindingly obvious.
7. The supposed prophecy must actually *be* a prophecy rather than a quotemine claiming to be a prophecy.
There is not a single "prophecy" in the entire "Wholly Babble" that meets these conditions.

The bible makes the following prophetic claims.
Matthew 16:28 (KJV)
28 Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.
Mark 9:1 (KJV)
1 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power.
Luke 9:27 (KJV)
27 But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.

So how many 2000-year-old Jews do you know of? What are their names and where do they live?

P.S. 70% of the surface of the earth is covered by oceans that we cannot live on, and we cross at the risk of our lives. Over half of the remaining surface area of the planet is desert that will not support human life.
The earth is not "designed" for our benefit, we have adapted to be able to exist in certain niches of the globe.
