AmigaOS4 version of DosBox has only simple and normal CPU emulation cores, which are not compatible enough to run most Windows95 games. Your goal is impossible. Period.
If you really want to install Windows95 (and only look at its boot as it will throw at you several errors and crashes with most other uses), you should follow these steps:
1) Read documentation (mainly imgmount and boot related commands: you must setup DosBox as virtual environment booting into real filedisk based OS, Windows95 install will not run properly from the regular DosBox environment).
2) Setup filedisks (eg. 400 MB for drive c, where you copy Win95 installation files, you may also make this drive bootable with basic MS-DOS, then you don´t need another floppy filedisk for boot).
3) Boot from the filedisk (drive c or above mentioned floppy).
4) Run setup command in the Win95 installation files, follow instructions.
5) Pray AmigaOS4 version is stable and compatible enough to successfully finish this task.
6) Enjoy Win95 boot, you will be not able to do much more with it.
