Who sells mods for the Amiga 1000?
I want to relocate my fdd to external to use a gotek.
Upgrading the rom to 1.3 would also be helpful.

Including a 68030 CPU and AFAIk you coul get a PicassoII compatible GFX Card.

Currently you can buy like this:

Or RasPi with Retro Pi or wait two weeks (or years) for the VampireV4 standalone, that could easily replace the motherboard.

I bought 2 boards recently.
One will allow me to add 1 rom and the other will allow me to add two roms.
If I wanted to upgrade to a 1.3 KS that I got from an A500, is do I need to get another PAL or will WOM still be used?

It's not currently available new but some people have plugged the ACA500+ into A1000s.

I have been looking at that one.
Maybe a FPGA accelerator will be ideal.
Terrible Fire is another I need to keep my eye on.

Amiga kit used to sell a kickstarter switch - which I though was also compatible with the A1000.

I think that by having KS1.3 you keep compatibility with older games and by having KS2.05 you can add the gotek as a DF1 and boot from that.

It shows only 500 / 2000 / 3000 but I believe it could work on the A1000.
