Hi all is any of you in contact or work for any animation firms. I have a friend that is pretty good at animation and is looking for work.

Looks cool! I think he could easily head up the 3D graphics for a sequel to Tales From Heaven . Wish I had some work to offer him.

Thanks for comments. He is a real nice guy and has left his current job as a PT in a gym. He is now working in a factory at the moment so much wasted talent.

Has he thought about working for Ubisoft in either Newcastle upon Tyne or Leamington Spa? The graduate animator jobs seem to match his skill-set.

There are lots of independent developers that needs animations, music and sound effects, joining the indi Facebook groups, produce examples to this communities and he might get some gigs. If he more into doing this for fun / free, then the opportunities are a lot greater.

As for animation, in pro market, is done a lot whit motion capture, as it's easy, cheap and generates good results.
