@Punkyclown
What version are you using?
There seems to be ports of this browser available for Amiga OS3. On Aminet you will find uploads from both maintainers, one by Chris Young and the other by Arthur Jarosik. The uploads on aminet are older versions. Chris_Y did supply the links for one port. For Arturs ports, look at http://ami-soft.blogspot.com/
These ports have a bit different user interfaces. The port by Chris does use a standard amiga right-click menu system, so all the needed functions should be available for you from there. Thats why I suscpect that you are using the port by Arthur, that uses the icons found below the navigation bar. From the left on this row you should see the hotlist button, in the middle there is the favourite bar with up to twelve URL shortcuts, then at the right side of this row you will have (from left to right) a button to access the settings menu, then the OpenFile icon (which will open a file requestor), then a button to use current URL as startpage (this button can be confusing, since it look like the Home button), next there is a PlayYouTube button (I'm not sure how that works), then there is a button to copy the current URL to clipboard, and the last button to paste the URL.
If Netsurf is opened on workbench, it should open in a window so that you can quit using the standard button in the top left corner. For Arturs port, if it opens on a separate screen there seem to be no quit button. Then you should enter the settings, and in the display tab, untick the fullscreen. Save and use the restart button. Then Netsurf should quit and reopen on the workbench screen.
So both ports have their strenghts. My testing of them have been in a WinUAE environment. On this setup I found the port by Arthur a bit faster, and it did render webpages better. Perhaps this experience will be different on a lower specced, real amiga.
For the Artur port, I recommend the latest, currrently version 3.8, which is quite stable.
For the Chris port, the latest build (v3.9 beta) of Chris port turned out to be unstable for me, as it crashed on quitting every time. These crashes did not apear when using the older version from aminet. Also there seemed to be a bug that made the right click menu disapear after saving the settings, in both versions. Also resizing the window did some odd things to the user interface.
