For those here that might not be aware yet long time classic Amiga hardware developer NewTek was sold to a Norwegian company early this week. Here’s a link to an interview discussing it in more depth.

NewTek has not developed any Amiga hardware for a while but they were nice enough to allow DiscreetFX to host the Amiga Video Toaster source code many years ago.

I thought the news of them being sold would be of interest to Amiga fans because of their long history on Amiga.
