I am awaiting the boxed version if avaliable;if not may I download the digital version from Hyperion's website?
If you've ordered from the Hyperion website and received an invoice from 2Checkout, then I'm pretty sure no boxed version is coming your way: Hyperion does not seem to sell any boxed versions from their online shop. The e-mail you should have received form 2Checkout contains instructions how to register and get your download version.
I suggest using a different web browser if you're having problems, it can easily be problem with out of date web browser, or something like that, if it's not that I guess that some at Hyperion has power to reset password for you, and send you temporary password to your e-mail address.
You can create different user account, but maybe you lose overview over the software you own. if you have x software register account 1 and y software registered to account 2.
You probably know this already, but I say it anyway the, user account for hyperion forum is not the same as user account for the hyperion web page (don't mix this two accounts).

May I create a new account?
You can create a new account to register Shogo but if you already registered other products on the existing account it's in your best interests to recover it at some point or you might not have access to certain updates.
You can delete registrations so when you do get access to the existing account you can get all your products registered on one account.
