Hello everyone! Sorry about the short notice, but the next Scottish Amiga Users meetup has been booked for Sunday, the 8th of September. In a change from the usual venue in Glasgow, this meetup will take place in Fife. The venue is Rosyth Rugby Club, Harley Street, Dunfermline, KY11 2NE, and it'll take place from 1pm until 7pm. In another departure from the usual setup, there'll be a bar service available for anyone interested in a tipple...

As well as a lot of machines to have a look at and play with, there'll be the obligatory SWOS tournament on the big screen, and a demonstration of some of the methods used to customise the look and feel of a standard Workbench 3.1.4 installation.

Everyone's welcome, entry is free but donations towards the cost of the venue would be greatly appreciated.

@Daedalus

Have a great time! Glad you've left the morning free for the church attendees

@BigD

Are you also going? At 1pm I'll likely still be in church so won't be able to make it. LOL.

@Daedalus

Hi Rob,

I'll be there this time. Not that I mind but why the change of venue?

Fred

@OldAmigan

Great news :) Well, quite a few people tend to travel over to Glasgow from the east coast for the meetings at the regular venue in Glasgow, so we decided to return the favour and have a meetup over that side for a change. One of the guys offered to sort out the venue since I don't know the area that well, but it looks good. See you there!
