@amigang

I like them all and have a tough time choosing.
Next Gen. Amiga should be the way to go, at least to me.
I did choose Icaros64.

Voted pancakes as there wasn't the option for multiple picks. Interested in all things Amiga.

thats why I put in the word "Most", Im sure all Amiga users are interested in all Amiga projects, but which are you most interested, I personally went for A1200 Plus it looks like a really nice updated board of the A1200. If its cheaper than Vampire somehow, I might be very interested in picking one up. A1222 I hope improves OS4 market, not as interested as happy with my x1000, and of course its interesting to see Big OS update for all AmigaOS variants, except OS4.2!!! annoyingly.

@amigang

Putting "most " in quotes doesn't change my answer. :)

Cheers

@amigang

I am most interested in the A1222 / Tabor as I think it resembles the closest to a next gen Amiga and running OS 4.1 to move things forward. If they can put together some form of ready made bundle in an official case I would get one in a heartbeat.

The Vampire I can appreciate what they are doing but its not for me.

A1200 Plus is a nice idea for those who like hands on with the hardware but if they made some readily built in a brand new A1200 case / keyboard they would be onto a winner, with a nice badge "A1200 Plus" like Commodore did with the A500 Plus.
I'm not confident enough removing all my chips from my A1200 and putting them into a new motherboard without something breaking.

Checkmate case is nice. I wonder if they can tie some sort of deal with Steve and make this the official case for the A1222?

Icarus & MorphOS x64 - appreciate the hard work and effort but not particular interested in x64 AmigaOS/MorphOS. If you are having to use it on PC hardware just use emulation? The generic PC hardware will lose the Amiga feel and it is not official Amiga.

Spud.

imho emulation will lose the Amiga-feel, MorphOS running native on AMD64 is very good (and very fast I predict seeing G5 benchmarks vs AMD64).
