Brilliant! Shame they never released Worms Armageddon as I would have bought that! Happy with OS3.9 so nothing for me here!

@Hypex

I think I can cope with a reset rather than feathering Hyperion's nest. They need to settle with Cloanto and then I'll support them. Mean while; why no Worms Armageddon? They bought the rights and everything!

Does someone know if a boxed edition of Shogo exists? Or is it a digital delivery only?
Thanks

It used to exist one when it was released by Hyperion years ago. Hard to find now.

@BigD

In that case you could try the Cloanto ROMs instead. Don't know if they include the extra modules.

Well I doubt Hyperion will settle. They ruffled Cloanto's feathers with OS3.1.4. Why they feel the need to go after another I don't know. It's not a rich business. All it does it cost money and time of both parties. Why waste resources like that when they could just leave things be and continue making profits? Could Cloanto be on the verge of bankruptcy and in a last fight to the death attempt to drag down Hyperion with them?

For years Hyperion were granted an exclusive right, since 2009 apparently, so I don't know why Cloanto is disputing it. Accordingly they made profits from Hyperion as well. I don't know how Cloanto had any rights to AmigaOS at all, as after they release PPaint they give up on making Amiga software and turn to the PC world. By focusing on Amiga Forever, an emulator. Sure, it helps to have ROM license, but how did this come about? How did this emulation company come to own the ROMs, as it seems?

I don't know what happened to Worms Armageddon. Nor other games that should have got an OS4 port early in the game. There is also Solder of Fortune. All traces have been removed from their website.
