| Hi, just wondering if this would be sine for my Amigaone XEG3
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Radeon-9250-TV-out-Video-H925H128E1TOPN/dp/B001SOFVVA/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=radeon+9250&qid=1576515835&s=computers&sr=1-1
I currently have a 256mb version installed, but today we had the electric board working outside and the power was turned ooff whilst my Amiga was turned on.
When power was restored, i could not get any display, although my A1 powered up. Stripped it down cleaned as much as possible, and reassembled it. Thankfully, I am now backing everthing up.
Any help gratefully recieved.

The card is universal so it should work fine in an XE.
If you're not getting a display you need to check the serial output on another computer using a termial program. Don't assume that because the rest of the system appears to be working that the CPU isn't dead . If you get no serial output it's always worth spending a few quid on a new battery just in case that's at fault.

Thanks cap, I hadn’t thought about eBay. I am never sure about the quality of used el3ctronics on eBay, so I hadn’t bothered.
I did look at amikit , but he had no pci graphic cards on his site.

Great, thanks for that.

It is currently up and running, and I have done a back-up. But where is the battery? Is it worth me getting one in stock?
I have just recently changed the power supply, and looked at an x5000. But at £1800, it is a bit steep at the moment_________________ Peter Swallow. A1XEG3-800 [IBM 750FX PowerPC], running OS4.1FE, using ac97 onboard sound.

The battery is located next the the bottom PCI slot on the XE. It's a CR2032 and they can be found in most of the cheap shops like Poundland, B&M and Home Bargains. |

| 256mb versions of the 9250 are usually 128bit, whereas 128mb versions are usually 64bit.
9200 256mb or 128mb can be 128bit
