I always love the idea of using an accelerator card but never liked that Amiga didn't support multiple cpu. I hope and wo see opportunities and possibilities to use new accelerator cards in the new Amiga generation (ppc) or X64 it doesn't matter I always like the idea of expanding the hardware that you already have to a new level instead of trowing away good hardware Amiga is not a soul less pice of cheap hardware..

Well it's about number crunching, where FPGAs might have a benefit over GPUs using exotic data formats.

So nothing for Amiga, nothing for Amiga accelerators ...

AAA chipset was supposed to offer that as an option before it got cancelled... and would have come out with it before ATI/AMD too.
