Has anyone seen sight or sound of the special early adoptors AAA pack yet? It was supposed to be posted out in March?

The world's factory (China) and the world's postal systems have experienced massive disruption. What did you expect? It's been hard enough for me to get to delivery of 'in stock' items from Vesalia (Germany) and Aliexpress (China). The delays have been weeks.

I would have expected an email or a post on the Amigakit site saying there was a delay. The lack of Communication throughout this "Early Adoptor phase" has been quite astounding really.

I guess it's the lack of communication rather than any delay that bothers you. Hopefully they spot this thread and give an update but if not maybe you should give them a call next week. I've always managed to get hold of either Chris or Matthew when I've called. I did visit there back in the middle of February to test some PCIe riser cards with the Tabor (Mk1) boards they had there.

The communications for the AAA Bundle are not through the Amiga Kit website, they are through www.a1222plus.com - so it seems you have be checking the wrong place.

The software is being uploaded to www.amisphere.com for digital download also. If you have registered you can already start to download titles in the bundle - more to follow soon.

To be honest, I was under the impression that it was AmigaKit that were sending out the AAA Bundle, especially as your the ones that took the money. Don't misunderstand me, I'm happy to wait, when I know that I have to wait!. It's the lack of communication from either company ( but are you not collaborating on this Bundle ?).

I also understand about being able to download the software packages, but why bother , when you are now saying we are looking at end of 2020 for boards? A quick update on one or the other website's takes 5 mins.. Job done.

So now I know the tabor board will be tail end of this year now, but the AAA Bundle box?. Is it also safe to say that the board price will probably be going up? as almost a year later I'd imagine the component prices etc will have gone up.

The bundle software is being made available for AAA Bundle owners as a OS3 and OS4 compatible so software can be used now, well in advance of the board being available.

When do you plan to post some info about features of Enhancer 2.0? I'm not asking a release date...but, do you plan to release it with Tabor or before?

Amigakit / A-EON have clearly stated that this is a stop gap / pre-order promotion that can be used with other NG and classic Amigas prior to the Tabor shipping. It's a cardboard shoe box with software / mouse mat etc so why do you think the long Tabor manufacture / shipping delays apply to a far simpler cardboard / dvd disc product?

It was ALWAYS their plan to ship this before the Tabor and I don't understand why this is in question? Yes, there's no shipping date because the world's border controls are in a state of flux and suppliers cannot guarantee delivery dates at the moment.

I was not asking about AAA but about Enhancer 2.0 which has no connection to Tabor except it is free with Early Adopter (AAA+ES2.0+Tabor)...plus, ES is digitally available, so clearly you didn't undarstand.

For me this project will be finished when we see/hear full working audio, for example in Diablo or Tower 57, no matter when will be boards shipped to customers... till then...

Ok, glad that you worked it out! Confusing to be honest.

I'm not as excited for the A1222 as I once was. Kind of need to see the final case and maybe a new version of OctaMED or ImageFX running on it. While 4K video is cool the productivity software will be key! That and a working sound driver which STILL hasn't been demoed!!!!

There's no "final case". You choose which case you want.

That's not how the X5000 and X1000 were bundled! Motherboard only deals are an afterthought by A-EON as they normally prefer to provide complete systems through resellers like AmigaKit.
