A600 psu voltage too high?

Hey everyone, new to the forum. :)

I recently found my old A500 and 1200 and would like to fire them up. I thought it best to check the A600 psu I have however, and my multimeter reports the following voltages.
5.16v
-14.5v
11.78v

Given that the center pin should be -12v, would people agree that -14.5v is too high now and therefore not safe to power the machines? I don't know enough (though I'm learning all the time!) about electronics to make a call on this myself. I think I've seen in the past people say that there's a certain amount of wiggle room in safe voltages, hence why I thought I'd run it past any knowledgable people here.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

@gizmo1990

You did not state that the measurements you took were under Load conditions or Unloaded (Measured on the pins while not connected).

To get a true reading, measure while the Amiga is powered up.

Open circuit readings are often a bit strange.

Also, is you Multi Meter a quality Calibrated item, or just a cheapo.. ?

A good rule of thumb, if it's within 10%, it's probably ok.

Wol..
