Hey all,

Just wondering if there has been any progress in sorting out any of this mess out?
Any progress in 3.x ownership and development rights for 3.x ?

@SHADES

Friend SHADES,

the beautifully written sources to Workbench 3.1 have been liberated!
They now float with unmatched elegance on the waves of the Inter-Net in the form of a majestic torrent.

Now, such is the beauty of such code, that so far it seems no one has been able to look at it directly without immediately shying away from it.

VOOOOOORRRRR

MRJM

What a beautiful haiku.

@SHADES

latest delays

Delays have been exceedingly common in this case, so I'd expect more.

@SHADES

On 1 February 2019, Amiga Inc. transferred all Amiga-related rights to C-A Acquisition Corporation owned by Mike Battilana (director of Cloanto, company behind the Amiga Forever emulation package), later renamed to Amiga Corporation.

----------
PS, I purchased Amiga Forever 2010 and 2016 (with Hyperion's AmigaOS 4.1 FE bundle) packages. Recently, I purchased Hyperion's Kickstart 3.1.4 for my Amiga 1200.

Technically, I could rekick'ed Amiga Forever 2016's Kickstart 3.X ROM from the hard disk into memory instead of buying Hyperion's Kickstart 3.1.4.
