| Hi,
in the last weeks, I tried to login to AmiStore to actually buy the new Enhance Software V2.
However, I cannot login. Everytime I enter login/password, it actually has no effect. For a second or so, I can even see the "Welcome .. / Balance: "-message at the top (that appears noramally after login) -- but only for a second. Then, I am logged off again.
I tried :
* re-installing amistore completely
* changing password and login with new password
but nothing worked.
I can login to https://www.amisphere.com/ (so password works) and I tried twice to contact them via contact form on their website -- but got no response.
So, I am wondering if they are still in business.
Has anybody else recently tried to login to AmiStore and did it work for you?

Change your password on the website (edit profile) so that it only uses letters and numbers - no special characters.
You should then be able to login via Amistore. _________________

Remain 2 questions:
1) Why did it work in the past with my more secure password?
2) Why did i never got a response after my request via contact form of their website ;)

I have a similar problem, i registered a new account at amisphere and haven't got any approval email.
I tried to contact them via the web contact form, and even tried to reset my password (maybe that would shurtcut the approval), without success.
Now i'm searching a phone number to call, but either there is no one on the web, or it is really well hidden.
Anyway, how can i get in touch with anyone who can help me out?

Go to amigans.net. Make a sarcastic comment about the user 'amigakit' and you're guaranteed a reply within hours.
But ask them a customer service question and it's just.... tumbleweeds. _________________
