| Hi,
I'm in the USA, and I use a Framemeister XRGB Mini to connect to my HDMI TV.
It works great with my NTSC C64, and both my NTSC and PAL C128.
It also works with my rev5 NTSC Amiga 500.
But with a rev6a PAL Amiga 500, and a PAL Amiga 1200, I'm getting white horizontal banding. I'm using the RGB out from the PAL Amigas with an RGB to Euro SCART cable. And then a Euro SCART input into the Framemeister.
here is a video of what I am seeing.

Any help or direction to investigate would be appreciated. thanks!! |

Can't you press space in early boot to put the PAL machine in NTSC mode? Or did i dream that? _________________

Thanks, ok I was able to try the double mouse button, and choose NTSC. The problem still exists.
Also, the audio is humming on these 2 computers, like an electrical hum.
Could this all be a power supply issue? I'm using the power supply that came with my NTSC Amiga 500, and there are no problems on that computer.
---
Actually this is now happening on all the Amiga's even the NTSC Amiga 500 complete with the HUM.

| So I solved the Video issue. A new power supply solved all video problems.
---
But the humming audio was a different problem. What I eventually realized was that the audio hums when I use this combined RGB & Audio to SCART cable into my Framemeister. But if instead I only use the RGB part of the SCART cable, and run the audio separately to the alternative RCA inputs of the Framemeister, then the audio is fine.
So I don't know if I have a faulty RGB & Audio to SCART cable. On another forum someone told me that if the wires are unshielded, then the video signals can impart hum on the audio wires. So maybe the one I have is just unshielded?
Anyway I thought I would report back with the solution.
