Has anyone put together a template of an MUI Custom Class source code in C? I'd like to do a rewrite of HTMLview.mcc as a drop-in substitute but rewriting from scratch under a different license.

@jacadcaps

There are numerous examples of how to use an external MUI custom class that's already built and a few that tell how to superclass an existing class within a program but where are the ones that show how to create a new one? Most of the ones in there are no better than the examples that came with MorphOS' devkit.

Edit:

I found the source to the tron.mcc in there. That will do. (At least I hope it will.)

@jabirulo

There used to be more open-source examples there. I did find Chocolate Castle on the Aminet but it's unfinished. I plan on developing on MorphOS first and porting to the others from there.

@Samurai_Crow

The MorphOS SDK contains the library glue you need to make a MUI custom class into a standalone MCC. See gg/os-include/mui/mccheader.c
