Hi all,
Ive been away for quite a long time, but I feel now is the time to return and contribute once again.
Ive got an Amigaone X5000 on the way from Amedia and I have been looking for a USB keyboard with the Amiga logo keys, so far found nothing.

Anyone know if there is one available anywhere ?

@AmigaOneProductions

A cherry MX based keyboard with these keycaps for example. https://www.checkmate1500plus.com/Products.aspx?id=372

I have been using a Ducky mechanical with custom keycaps for a long time now with my X5000

Ducky AmigaOne

Ducky AmigaOne 01

@AmigaOneProductions

WASDKeyboards.com in California sells custom keycaps for mechanical keyboards.
They have Left and Right Amiga keys as "standard parts".. I had custom "boing ball"
keys also made from my own artwork. (full color!)

A bit pricey, but it gets you where you want to go.

I keep three almost identical Rosewill mechanical keyboards, all set for Amiga work.
Having identical keyboards no matter whether I'm at home or work really makes life
easier. The Rosewill boards have a bit of trouble with CFE/UBoot, but work great
once booted into AmigaOS.

Hi Everyone!

One thing I missed from my classic Amiga, was the keyboard. I pre-ordered one of these keyboards just now! I think it will be great with my AmigaOne 500!

Wow, that is one beautiful keyboard! Will definitely consider getting one of those when they become available.

@OldAmigan

Thanks, looks good. I went for the checkmate option in the end, the price was about the same, but looked like it might be available sooner

@Skateman

no, I didnt think of that, although its a standard PC USB keyboard with just replacement keycaps, so I cant see any reason why it would not work
