Helllo

I am downloading a 70 GB file of weight for MAME with the intention of extract it but....

The files I see are named as z01,z02,z03...

What are these files for? Can it be extracted via AmigaOS or Windows?

I want to extract my MAME 1.06 ROMS+CHDs with the help of some program

Anybody knows?

Is a fun an at the time serious project

But I tried on Windows but no luck.

The WinZip program,I am talkjng about Windows here doesn't extract me after 2 tries I think.

Can this be done with the Amiga?

I was trying with Winzip and it said extracting files but after all the process that took hours,it really didn't extracted me all the files I wanted (70 from z01 file to z70) and I feel very stuck on this issue.

Can you help me? Is very important to enjoy MAME 1.06 with CHDs.

Is there another site or can someone point me a link with the complete MAME 1.06 romset?

It would be cool to download MAME 1.06 with roms-samples and CHDs again.

To end if someone have a link post here or send me a PM

How can I download or convert these files?

i could wrong, but .z01 extension could be "zstd" compressor.

in any case the best is Bandzip. Support every compressor type

You are wrong, since it's 70gig "Distributed backup" with file names like z01,z02,z03 it's split zip file.
