That’s one of my questions - are riser cards common and in a standard height for horizontal slots?
Other questions include: - are there different power supply form factors, or will any power supply fit the case? - given the GPU shortages, finding a modestly priced GPU is a challenge - especially with a blower cooler. Any hot tips for something equal to or better than the RX 580 or GTX 1650?

If you get a single slot card you can get away with a 2u riser. I couldn't find a 3u riser card for my double slot card so I used 2u riser plugged into a straight riser. It introduces a bit of wobble but nothing to worry about unless you have it shipped somewhere. There are also flexi riser but you need to provide some extra bracketry to support the card.

The case is designed for SFX power supplies. There is plenty of choice so it shouldn't be too hard to find one that suits your budget and requirements.
Unfortunately I have no tips for finding reasonably priced video cards.
