I find it hard to believe someone could be *that* stupid and still function in everyday life, so Im starting to question whether or not he's pretending to be as idiotic as he projects himself as. Maybe he's just playing a long game and trolling.
Sadly Im leaning more in the direction of him just being an idiot and perhaps a little,... err,... "challenged", but again, its hard to fathom someone being *that* challenged and having lived to adulthood.

I was going to put the option, but decided the Amiga community has way too many pancakes already.
Im a big health/fitness/weight lifting enthusiast so the only pancakes I ever use are low calorie/high protein versions and theyre an acquired / learned taste.
Not sure how many people here would choose them :P

As an Australian, I am used to hearing (reading) the F-word in everyday vernacular, but when Australians do it, it's done with style and flair.

@QBit appears to be injecting it for effect, and he is doing it way too much, which leads me to believe that he is expressing himself way outside of his usual speech pattern, and naturally I find myself wondering what might be the root cause.

I don't think he is an idiot, and we all have our mental challenges (this is the week to share), so of the three choices I have to go with good ol' traditional, under-bridge dwelling, troll.

Nah, I mean low calorie/high protein, exactly as I said.
All foods have calories, including carbs, and as you rightly say, so do proteins. They both contain roughly 4 calories per gram.
Protein however is more filling and very important for building muscle, and low calories good for shedding fat.
Low calorie pancakes use different flours, minimal egg yolks (mostly whites), and sweeteners other than sugar. This is what Im talking about when I say "low calorie/high protein.
Carbs have higher water retention properties, so will make a person bloated, which isn't conducive to having a shredded appearance.

Not sure if you're serious, or just asking the generic "gym bro" question, but on the off chance it was a genuine question, I pretty much don't/didn't. Not since I damaged my shoulder.
PR was 285lbs at 161lbs body weight.
Shoulder recently became good again though, so looking forward to adding it back into my workouts. Im bigger and stronger than I've ever been so am curious to see how long it takes to beat my PR.
